Information on measures applied to events in the post-Covid-19 context
Our priority is the health and safety of all participants and of the teams who work in the places where the event is organised. As such, our agency and the service providers involved in this project undertake to implement strict measures on which they will remain uncompromising for as long as is necessary.
This day has been carefully planned in compliance with the health requirements known on 2 June (compulsory information notices, meeting room capacity taking physical distancing into account, hand sanitizer freely available everywhere with a ‘totem’ dispenser system, catering organised in compliance with the necessary standards, washroom facilities cleaned several times during the day, etc.).
However, each participant is responsible for their own conduct around others and for compliance with the instructions given.
We remain available if you require further information on the project as a whole or to reassure you on the health measures applied.
The arrangements made for this project may be gradually amended in line with subsequent health recommendations. They will be adapted depending on the date of your event.
